The Lonely Island (comedy group who released viral hits such as “Jizz In My Pants” and “Like A Boss”), have announced a follow-up to their debut album, Incredibad. The new album, Turtleneck & Chain, is planning for a release on May 10. Guest artists include Justin Timberlake, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, and many others. They have also released a new single and music video for the song “We’re Back”. Check out the video below.

For Friday, April Fool’s Day, Stephen Colbert made an appearance on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon and performed an epic cover of Rebecca Black‘s “Friday” with The Roots. A lot of things happen in the video, but I don’t want to reveal too much about it, so check it out below.

On March 15, The Dangerous Summer played a show The Studio at Webster Hall in New York, premiering a brand new song called “Everyone Left” and playing a cover of Bush‘s “Glycerine”. “Everyone Left” will be included on the band’s forthcoming album, set to be released later this year, and is the same song that was demoed on the band’s Tumblr back in October.

Foo Fighters have released a new music video for lead single “Rope”, taken from the band’s forthcoming seventh studio album Wasting Light. It’s vintage Foo Fighters, and with all of Dave Grohl’s recent comments about the band returning to its roots, the video is certainly quite fitting. You can watch below, courtesy of MTV.
Wasting Light is set for an April 12th release.
Lupe Fiasco made an appearance on Lopez Tonight, performing “The Show Goes On”, lead single from Lasers. Lupe’s third studio album is currently number one on iTunes and is set to debut at the top of the Billboard 200 chart.
The Strokes made an appearance on Saturday Night Live last night to perform two songs from their new album Angles. They performed new single “Under Cover of Darkness” (listen here) and “Life Is Simple In The Moonlight”.

Lykke Li dropped by on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” late last night, performing first single “Get Some” from her second studio album Wounded Rhymes. The performance is simple and raw, with Lykke allowing her voice and the instrumentals to really shine through. Check out the video below.
