Last year, Brooklyn noise pop duo Sleigh Bells released their debut album, Treats, to much fanfare and critical acclaim, and now they’re at it again. When they’re not on stage jamming out in their “Bells” jerseys and letterman jackets, it appears the duo have been working on a new album titled Reign of Terror.
