James Baney Leaves The Devil Wears Prada

American metalcore band The Devil Wears Prada have announced that they will be parting ways with their keyboardist, James Baney, for undisclosed reasons. You can read their statement regarding the issue below:

“With great deliberation and difficulty, we have decided to part ways with our keyboardist James Baney. James will always be family to TDWP, being one of the most well-intentioned people we know. Our prayers to James in beginning a new chapter with his wife back home, and our endless gratitude to TDWP fans for understanding. We’ll see you at a show soon.”

Baney has been with the band since their formation in 2005. He can be heard on all their material, the most recent one being their 4th album, Dead Throne, released in September last year.

When they meant undisclosed, they meant the dirt. They want the juicy facts.

Respect to this dude’s nickname. This song stood up for TDWP’s best melodic period. Hands down to Plagues and wraabb. Kind of disappointed me their posterior works =/

deadthrone is their best collection of material to date, period.

The material is good, but the mixing is horrible. It seems like the production goes down with each album.
