Avicii, one of the biggest house producers from Sweden, releases a bundle of official remixes of his popular hit song “Silhouettes”. One remix stands out from all of the other remixes: the Syn Cole Creamfields mix. This is the first I’ve ever heard about this electronic group or single person and they seem to have no other released tracks on Beatport, putting me under the impression that they’ve just started out. Nevertheless, their remix to “Silhouettes” is incredible. Avicii’s original song is a laid-back smooth house song, but Syn Cole Creamfields absolutely destroy the track by turning it into a fast paced electro that will surely become a live track for Avicii’s performances. I’m absolutely loving this track, so grab the download below and enjoy!
Avicii, one of the biggest progressive house artists right now, finally releases the long awaited “Dancing In My Head”, but it’s not the “(Avicii’s Been Cursed Mix)”. In this mix, Eric Turner adds monumental vocals that would sound spectacular in a club or a festival. It’s clear that this song will be a new party anthem. You can watch the creative lyric video for the song below.
Avicii will donate 1 million dollars to the charity, Feeding America. Feeding America is USA’s leading hunger-relief charity with a network of more than 200 food banks and food rescue organization. You can check out their website here. Avicii will be funding the million dollars with his “House for Hunger” tour, which kickstarted in Detroit, Michigan at January 5.
Avicii stated: “Hunger hits everywhere and the U.S. is not immune to it. For me personally, when I found out how widespread the hunger problem in the United States actually was, it blew my mind. I never would have imagined that 1 in 6 people in America struggle with hunger or that 1 in 4 children routinely do not get enough to eat.”
The “House for Hunger” tour consists of 26 concerts in 27 days, and you can check the tour dates here. Check out the music video for Avicii‘s insanely popular electro song, “Levels”.
Stockholm’s Tim Bergling’s, better known as Avicii, current single “Levels” has reached number one on the international Beatport chart and has been warmly received worldwide. For good reason too: “Levels” is bright, fun, and ridiculously catchy. After quite a long wait, we now have the music video for the song, which was directed by Petro and shot in Los Angeles. Check it out below.
